PM Hun Sen Continues to Oppose Russian Sanctions with Regard to the Conflict in Ukraine

Belgium: PM Hun Sen said that when the winter comes, how would it effect Europe? whereas the Russian-Ukrainian war has evolved into a Russian-NATO war.

He said that economic sanctions on Russia are having a negative impact on the world, not just in Europe.

PM Hun Sen said this while meeting with Cambodians living in Europe who came to see him in Brussels, Belgium, on December 12, 2022.
